DLF Camellias' towers' design, described as "bungalows stacked on top of one another," is unique and incorporates sophisticated technology, sustainable practices, facilities, amenities, and services. The towers' façade designs feature intricate lattice patterns in glass-reinforced concrete (GRC), accentuated by subtle lighting and camellia-shaped water features. The lobby is grand, with crystal pendant chandeliers suspended from lofty ceilings, Pama veneer-covered walls, and white marble floors with grey marble borders sourced from Greece. The units range from 7,350 sq ft to 16,290 sq ft and offer lavish interiors, featuring stone, wood, and metal textures sourced globally. The project includes 12 penthouses of 13,000 sq ft and two penthouses of 16,000 sq ft, amongst the largest in India. The design of the residences prioritizes natural light, ventilation, and segregation of spaces, providing column-free areas and high ceilings. The balconies offer sweeping views of the nearby golf course.
DLF Camellias prioritizes sustainability and the well-being of its residents with extensive lawns, water features, and over 1200 trees planted during construction. The team worked closely with architect Hafeez Contractor to create a solution that exceeded even the most luxurious resorts or hospitality ventures worldwide. The Camellias Club spans over 160,000 sq ft and is divided into seven energy zones, each containing amenities corresponding to their respective themes. The club offers fine dining, sports, fitness, relaxation, and entertainment, making it an extension of residents' homes and designed for families of all ages.
The Camellias Club is separated from the residential towers by a 1.3-acre Water Garden that features fan-shaped reflecting pools with fibre optic points that create a starry effect. Meandering pathways cross the blue-glazed tiles of the Water Garden, leading to the clubhouse. The clubhouse boasts seven roofs adorned with plants and shrubs, arranged in the shape of a camellia flower, complete with petal-shaped skylights.
